Earth Day Advocacy Day

Make your voice heard at Earth Day Advocacy Day 2024!

This Earth Day is a chance to raise your voice and let legislators know that the time is now to take action on toxic chemicals, lead poisoning prevention, water resource protection, land use and conservation, responsible solid waste management, energy efficiency and climate justice.

On Tuesday, April 16th, be one of hundreds of New Yorkers from every corner of the state and environmental movement who come to the State Capitol to rally for protecting and improving our environment, and to meet with legislators to discuss ways to ensure a healthy future for New York’s environment and people.

The morning session (9:30-11:30 AM) includes a Q&A with elected leaders, overview of our priority bills, and explanation of the lobbying process. We rally at a news conference at 12 PM. Then we meet with legislators and staff from 1-3:30 PM. See below for location, schedule, and agenda details.
