Rachel Miller, Finance & Administrative Manager: Rachel Miller brings over a decade of leadership experience in finance, operations, and human resources to C+H. In her role, she oversees
financial management, day-to-day administrative operations, and HR functions, ensuring the organization runs efficiently and is positioned to deliver on its mission.
Prior to joining C+H, Rachel built her career in higher education hospitality leadership, where she developed deep expertise in budget management, organizational systems, and people operations across complex institutional environments.
Rachel also serves the C+H board as Secretary (elected official/non-board member).
A Capital District native now based in Troy, NY, Rachel is committed to mission-driven work that advances equity, public health, and community wellbeing.
